The shooting case of the Ukrainian plane will be sent to ICAO on January 5

Hamid Ismailioun, spokesman for the Association of the Families of the Victims of Flight 752, announced on Friday, December 17th, that the Islamic Republic has been given 20 days to refer the case of the shooting down of a Ukrainian plane to the International Aviation Organization (ICAO).

The Ukrainian airliner Flight 752, which was in route to Kiev on January 8, 2020, crashed due to two Revolutionary Guards missiles minutes after leaving Tehran’s Khomeini Airport. All 176 people on board were killed.
